DEPOSITS + LATE FEES
Please note: Deposits are non-refundable.
50% of your project total amount is due up front to reserve your project date/time + services with Be Reel Co.
Scheduling with a paid deposit + specified shoot date/time guarantees that Be Reel Co. is available for your project date and able to meet your needs/deadline.
*Any remaining balance is due upon the shoot date in order for the specified services to begin + (or) receive media files.
Client agrees to pay a 10% late fee if and when a payment is late.

CREATIVE RIGHTS + MORE
Clients receive creative rights to the work once full payment is received.
Projects with less than two weeks advance notice are susceptible to additional expedited fee.
Your project media (video + photos) will be provided via digital platform (Dropbox or Google Drive).
PLEASE NOTE: Mikayla Lewis: Be Reel Co. does NOT save your project for longterm use (unless otherwise discussed + agreed upon in the project contract).
-Clients MUST download + save their digital files (video, photos, etc.) to their personal devices/hard drives within one month of receiving them from BRC. Be Reel Co. will delete projects + the associated client files from the team folder four weeks after last correspondence with the client or the project has concluded. This ensures there is space for all current/upcoming projects, media + collaborations.
External drives are available for an additional fee.

OUT-OF-SCOPE FEES + CLIENT PORTAL
All out-of-scope work (changes, additions, etc.) will be charged at an additional hourly rate and will be susceptible to extending the timeline of the project.
